Michael Segall - National Sales Director/Regional Vice President, West (WA, OR, CA, ID, UT, NV, AZ, HW and AK)

As Vista’s National Sales Director, Michael works closely with senior management to create and implement marketing and sales strategies for the firm. Michael oversees the day-to-day activities of Vista’s Regional Vice Presidents and well as directing relationships with key accounts across the country.

Michael also provides wholesaling support for Financial Advisors and Registered Investment Advisors in the West. Prior to joining Vista, Michael was a Regional Marketing Director with PLANCO where he represented the Hartford annuities within the wirehouse channel and Edward Jones throughout the state of Washington. 

Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English from the University of Puget Sound as well as a Certified Financial Planner certificate from the University of Washington.

Chad Parks- Regional Vice President, Southeast (NC, SC, VA, TN, AL, MS, GA, FL)

Chad brings over 10 years of wholesaling experience to Vista and provides sales and marketing support to registered representatives and Registered Investment Advisors in the Southeast Region of the country.  Prior to joining Vista Research and Management in early 2010, Chad represented Sun Life Financial, US Allianz and Sun American Mutual Funds.

Chad carries a Series 6, 63 and 65 and He and his family reside in Matthews, NC.

Heather Wolfe- Regional Vice President, Southwest (TX, OK, LA, AR, KS, NE)

Heather bring over 8 years of wholesaling experience to Vista and provides sales and marketing support to registered representatives and Registered Investment Advisors in the Southwest Region of the country. Prior to joining Vista Research and Management in early 2010, Heather represented MassMutual Financial Group, US Allianz and Thrivent Financial.

Heather carries a Series 6, 7, 26, 63 and 65 and She resides in Dallas, TX.
